I did the ABC trek over 10 days with them and they also organised my hotels in Kathmandu and Pokhara before and after the trek .
Nothing was too much trouble for the team and I would recommend Visit Heaven to anyone wishing to visit Nepal in the future .
Great time two weeks at Nepal. Eight days plan for group of us trekked to Poonhill and Annapurna base camp with Visit Heaven Treks. It was a great time and fantastic trip that was full of memorable moments, enjoying team and amazing views. Saran and our guide Bal was very helpful with each of us. He was knowledgeable, encouraging, accommodating and helpful. He always made sure the group had a safe trip, but also took care of his porter team. Saran team was very kindly and friendly. Saran and his staff offered great assistance to ensure we had a great time. If you are planning to visit Nepal, I highly recommend Visit Heaven Treks and the guide Bal.
I’m going to miss these guys and can’t wait to go back!
Saran! I really loved my experience in Nepal and all thanks to Visit Heaven treks.
With Visit Heaven Treks once is not enough for me.
Three weeks with Visit Heaven Treks was an incredible experience. Our adventure included a day tour of Kathmandu, Everest flight with champagne at sunrise, flights to Bhutan with a few days touring around there. Our highlight in Bhutan was the climb to Tiger’s Nest monastery and the amazing views from there.
Ten days trekking to Annapurna Base camp was wonderful. Our guide Saran made sure all our needs were met along the way. Raj, our first in charge was very accommodating as well as the other 3 porters who lugged our stuff so we only had to carry a day pack.
Sunrise at Poon Hill was a must as well as putting up prayer flags at sunrise at the summit of our trip, Annapurna base camp. Just fab.
Inspirational, amazing and a humbling experience.
I would go back again and would make sure that these knowledgeable people were by my side for my next adventure.
I recently spent three and a half weeks holidaying in Nepal with Visit Heaven Treks. My partner and I arrived a few days early from the organised tour and Badri from Visit Heaven was very accommodating to us by organising our extra accommodation, picking us up from the airport, and organised an extra day tour for us to Nagarkot which was really nice. They also arranged for us to visit the old palace (now a museum) and the Garden of dreams. After the rest of the group arrived we did some sight seeing around Kathmandu visiting the monkey temple, durbar square, the Boudhanath temple and the crematorium. Our guide Saran and and other guides arranged throughout the tour were all very knowledgeable of the history of each place that we visited and gave good commentary along the way. Next we went on a day trip to Saran’s village. In organising this tour, our group wanted to help out after the earthquake. It turned out Saran’s village was badly damaged by the quake and the school was destroyed. When planing this trip we arranged with Saran for him to take us out to his village so we could make donations of stationary, toys and sporting goods to the school. The village was well off the beaten track and it was a unique opportunity to visit an area that tourists generally don’t get to see. The scenery along the way was magic and the drive was quite an adventure. When we arrived the whole village was out to give us a warm friendly welcome with marigold flower necklaces and we each received a blessing. The kids were so excited to see us and were over the moon to receive our donations of stationary, sporting goods and toys.It was a truly beautiful experience and these memories will stay in my heart forever. This went so well that Saran is now putting together optional side tours for future tour groups to visit his village and villages like his for tourists to make donations to the local schools. I highly recommend you do this as as it is such a feel good moment and the emotional joy of it all will is so overwhelming it will make you teary.
Next we went on a short tour to Bhutan and wow what an amazing place! It is so beautiful with its mountain regions and traditional culture. Visiting Tigers Nest monetarist was definitely the highlight of the Bhutan trip. We later returned to Kathmandu and made our way to Pokhara where we took off for the Annapurna Base Camp trek. This was my first time trekking and my fitness level is not the best but Saran and the boys (the sherpa’s) were great at catering the trip to our needs. All timings along the way were perfect and we all got to ABC and back without a hitch. Saran and the boys made us feel like we were part of their family and were all smiles and fun. We all played cards together of a night where they taught us to play Dumbal and we taught them Uno. They went above and beyond to cater for us and were watching us like hawks for signs altitude sickness as we got closer to the top. All guest houses that we stayed out were pleasant and all had hot showers. Saran was well respected by the locals along the way and we were welcomed everywhere we went. I actually felt like a bit of a VIP on the mountain when we were trekking with Saran!
I really loved my experience in Nepal and all thanks to Visit Heaven treks. I’m going to miss these guys and can’t wait to go back!
I have trekked with Saran and his company twice now. Both times he has made the journey safe, fun and achievable. I am not fit and am now just over 60 but he was patient and I was determined. The Annapurna area is really beautiful and a challenge. We had a group of 7 of varying age and fitness level who all enjoyed every step. We had no altitude problems because of Saran’s knowledge and experience in making our ascent gradual without it being noticed. This company is one of the top trekking companies in Nepal because of the experience behind it. Everything stated in the itinerary is honoured and Saran goes that extra step to accommodate people’s needs. We also went to Bhutan on this trip, also organised by the Visit Heaven Treks company and it was fabulous. Tiger’s Nest is fascinating and the sound of the monks chant ringing out in the mountains on your approach is truly spiritual. Back in Nepal, dawn at Poon Hill is beautiful but dawn at ABC is just awesome, the mountains are so close and they look like they are on fire. It is worth the extra days and effort to go higher to experience this. The porters we had with us, Nilon, Kreesan, Mr Impossible and Raj were amazing and good humoured along the way. I loved when they would all sing as we walked along the trek, it was special. I work in the travel industry and highly recommend this company for trekking, Bhutan trips, Chitwan NP, Everest flights and anything else you would like to do in Nepal. You will love Nepal after seeing it with Visit Heaven Treks, I promise. Contact them, you won’t be sorry if you choose this company!!
