Tour Details

Kathmandu Valley Rim Trek is an easy and one of the popular trekking in Nepal. This is an ideal trek for those who do not have much time for a longer expedition or family with children. Kathmandu Valley Rim Trekking is also popular as Chisopani Nagarkot Trekking which offers the stunning views of far western Annapurna range and the east view of Mt. Everest.

Trekking around Kathmandu Valley is a short trekking which offers short hiking experience in Nepal. A carefully designed trek will also offer to explore a historical and cultural places of Kathmandu Valley;including Swayambunath; “The Monkey Temple”, Pashupatinath; Boudhanath Stupa, the most important Hinduism and Buddhism sites in Nepal, Kathmandu Durbar Square, Bhaktapur Durbar Square and Changunarayan Temple’ The World Heritage sites.

As Trekking in Everest Region is a seasonal adventure tour and trek activities, we’ve two best seasons for this Everest Trek and they are as follows:

Spring(March, April, May): The season in which rhododendron blooms with its decent color and beauty and due to which colorful hills are spotted throughout the journey wherever possible. One also gets an opportunity to collect the clear and picturesque view of the snowcapped mountains.

Autumn(September, October, November): The perfect season to trek in which dry air is dispersed all over the nation and due to which the sky seems to be crystal clear. The trekking trails are also neither too wet nor too slippery. One can enjoy the breathtaking transparent views of the snowcapped mountains all around.

As it is one of the easiest and shortest trek nearby Kathmandu valley (like Everest Sunrise Trek in the Everest region), one can also enjoy the trek during the winter season as well. Ample winter clothes are recommended for this season.
